The role will focus on commercial leasing, construction matters, and development projects across sectors including healthcare, renewable energy, industrial/logistics and resort development.
The successful candidate will advise on transactional and finance-related aspects of real estate and development matters, work closely with cross-practice teams, and play a visible role in client development and practice strategy.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction transactions, including leasing and development
- Proven track record advising on healthcare and renewable energy real estate matters
