Top-tier national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Salt Lake City office to lead and develop real estate and construction work. The role will handle commercial real estate transactions, site development and construction matters, and related commercial hospitality matters.

The position will also work with estate planning and succession-planning matters as they relate to real property holdings and client transitions. This is a client-facing partner role with responsibility for originating and growing business in the region.

Proven partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction matters
Background advising on hospitality, property development, and related estate/succession planning issues
Strong origination, client relationship and team leadership skills
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
