The role will handle commercial real estate transactions, site development and construction matters, and related commercial hospitality matters.
The position will also work with estate planning and succession-planning matters as they relate to real property holdings and client transitions. This is a client-facing partner role with responsibility for originating and growing business in the region.
- Proven partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction matters
- Background advising on hospitality, property development, and related estate/succession planning issues
- Strong origination, client relationship and team leadership skills
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
