Lateral Partner — Real Estate Finance, Paris

Leading international practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Paris real estate team, focusing on real estate finance. The role combines partner-level client work, deal origination and collaboration on cross-border transactions with corporate, private equity and finance teams.

The successful candidate will join an established, transaction-focused group and will be expected to advise lenders and borrowers on complex financing structures, support M&A and private equity-related real estate matters, and develop new business in France and the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in real estate finance and transactional work (lender and borrower-side)
• Track record advising on transactions involving M&A and private equity elements
• Fluency in French and English; admitted or qualified to practise in France or comparable EU jurisdiction preferred
