Lateral Partner — Restructuring & Bankruptcy, Charleston

Seeking a lateral partner to join a national restructuring and corporate insolvency practice in Charleston. The role will focus on leading complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters for corporate clients and working closely with a broader regional and national team.

The successful candidate will build and maintain client relationships, originate work, and mentor junior lawyers while coordinating cross-office engagements. This is a partner-level role with significant responsibility for business development and practice growth.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and related corporate work
• Proven track record of originating and managing client matters and leading teams
• Bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
