Lateral Partner, Restructuring & Bankruptcy — Las Vegas

Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Restructuring & Bankruptcy team in the Las Vegas office. The role focuses on advising corporate clients on in-court restructurings, out-of-court workouts and related corporate restructuring matters.

The team handles complex chapter 11 cases, creditor/debtor negotiations, and restructuring-centric corporate work. The successful candidate will be an experienced restructuring partner with a strong track record of leading matters and building client relationships.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings
• Proven client development and business origination capabilities
• Ability to lead teams on complex restructuring and corporate matters
