Lateral Partner — Restructuring & Bankruptcy, New York

Leading practice seeks a lateral partner to help grow an established restructuring platform in New York. The role will focus on both lender-side high-yield and distressed-debt work, alongside debtor-side bankruptcy and restructuring matters.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative team and play a visible role in originating new engagements while delivering high-quality advice on complex in-court and out-of-court restructurings.

• Proven partner-level experience in high-yield/distressed debt and debtor-side bankruptcy or restructuring matters
• Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships
• Strong litigation and transactional skills relevant to restructurings (in-court and out-of-court)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
