Lateral Partner — Restructuring & Finance, Muscat

Senior partner role to lead and grow a restructuring and finance practice in Muscat. The team advises on cross‑border insolvency, restructurings and related finance matters for corporate clients and creditors.

This is a leadership appointment to succeed existing senior coverage and expand regional capability. The role requires client development, management of complex cross‑border matters and building a bench of local and international fee‑earners.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in restructuring, insolvency and distressed finance matters
• Experience leading cross‑border Chapter 11/Chapter 15 style restructurings and insolvency proceedings
• Demonstrable client development and team leadership skills in the region
