Lateral Partner — Securities Litigation — New York

Seeking a senior securities litigation partner to join a fast-paced New York litigation team. The role focuses on high‑stakes securities enforcement and civil securities disputes, representing public companies, executives, and financial institutions in complex federal and state matters.

The successful candidate will lead significant cases, manage litigation teams, and help develop and expand the practice’s client base. This is a client-facing partner role with substantial responsibility for case strategy, trial preparation, and business development.

• Proven partner-level experience in securities enforcement or securities litigation
• Track record of leading complex federal and state securities matters and managing litigation teams
• Strong trial and appellate experience preferred
• Demonstrable business development skills and client relationship management
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
