Lateral Partner, Tax — Century City

Senior tax partner role in the Century City office of a national firm. The successful candidate will lead complex federal, state and international tax matters, advise corporate and private-equity clients, and develop strategic tax planning and controversy workstreams.

Responsibilities include originating work, expanding client relationships, mentoring and growing a team of tax lawyers, and collaborating with cross-practice teams on transactional and advisory matters. This is a visible role with significant business-development expectations.
