Lateral Partner, Tax & Energy — Wilmington

Senior tax partner sought to lead and grow an Energy Tax practice in the firm's Wilmington office. The role focuses on providing sophisticated tax advice to clients across the energy sector, including transactional tax planning, tax structuring, and regulatory tax matters.

The successful candidate will combine technical tax expertise with business development capability and will work closely with cross-practice teams on complex, high-value matters. This is a leadership role with client-facing responsibilities and practice-building expectations.

• Established partner-level experience in energy-related tax matters
• Strong transactional tax and structuring background
• Proven business development and client relationship skills
• Bar admission and relevant tax credentials
