Lateral Partner — Tax & Litigation, Austin

Established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Austin tax and litigation practice. The role will focus on leading tax controversy and litigation matters, advising on complex disputes and representing clients before tribunals and courts.

The partner will build and manage a team, develop client relationships, and drive business development across the region. The position offers visibility on significant tax-controversy work and collaboration with cross-practice litigators.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in tax controversy and litigation
• Strong trial and appellate experience and courtroom presence
• Demonstrated client origination and relationship-management skills
• Bar admission in Texas (or eligibility) and ability to practice in relevant jurisdictions
