Lateral Partner, Tax & Litigation — Detroit

Senior tax litigation partner opportunity with a national U.S. law firm seeking an experienced trial lawyer to grow and lead a Detroit-based practice. The role combines tax controversy and litigation matters, working with a broad client base across the region.

The successful candidate will take a leadership role in developing litigation strategy, supervising associates, and handling complex tax disputes through trial and appeals. This is a client-facing position with significant responsibility for business development and practice growth.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven trial and appellate experience in tax controversy and related litigation
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships and leading teams
• Active state bar admission and eligibility to practice in relevant federal courts
