Experienced tax-litigation partner sought for a busy office in Irvine. The role focuses on leading contested tax matters, managing litigation teams, and advising corporate and high-net-worth clients on dispute strategy.

The partner will take responsibility for case management across state and federal forums, develop and expand client relationships, and collaborate with colleagues in tax, corporate, and appellate practices.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in tax controversy and litigation
• Proven trial and/or appellate advocacy record
• Strong business-development skills and established client relationships
• Bar admission in California or eligibility to transfer
