Lateral Partner — Tax & Litigation, Laramie

Experienced tax and litigation partner sought to lead and grow a cross‑practice offering in Laramie. The role combines tax controversy, dispute resolution and related litigation matters for a diverse client base.

The partner will manage and develop a local team, handle high‑stakes tax litigation and controversy matters, and work closely with other regional and national lawyers to service complex engagements. There is a clear expectation for active business development and client relationship ownership.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner‑level experience in tax controversy and litigation
• Proven trial or contested‑matter track record and client development ability
• Active bar admission and JD or equivalent
