Seeking a Lateral Partner to join a busy Tax & Litigation team in Phoenix. The role focuses on tax controversy, dispute resolution and trial work for corporate and individual clients across federal and state matters.

The successful candidate will help lead case strategy, manage litigation teams, and develop client relationships while contributing to business development and practice growth in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in tax controversy and contentious tax litigation
• Significant courtroom and written advocacy experience
• Proven client origination and relationship management skills
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in relevant jurisdictions
