Lateral Partner — Tax, Washington, D.C.

Leading U.S. law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its established Tax practice in Washington, D.C. The role involves leading complex federal and multistate tax matters, advising corporate and private equity clients, and collaborating closely with cross-practice deal teams.

The partner will be expected to develop and expand client relationships, guide and mentor associates, and play a visible role in business development and practice strategy. The position offers an opportunity to shape high‑profile tax workstreams within a sizable national platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level tax experience advising corporate or private equity clients on federal and multistate tax matters
• Demonstrated origination and client-development track record
• Ability to lead teams and mentor senior associates
