An established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to build and lead privacy and data protection work within its Technology and Healthcare practices in Orlando. The role will advise healthcare and software clients on privacy compliance, data security, and cross-border data issues, and will work closely with national practice teams.

The partner will split time between client work and practice development, helping grow and diversify the local book through business development, cross-selling and mentoring junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced platform with national reach while based in the Orlando market.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level experience in privacy & data protection, including HIPAA and state/federal privacy laws
Strong experience advising technology and healthcare sector clients, including software vendors and providers
Track record of business development, client relationship management, and team leadership
Active bar admission in the United States and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
