An established international law firm is seeking a seasoned lateral partner to join its Austin office and help drive a growing technology, media and entertainment practice. This is an opportunity to bring and build a practice at the intersection of technology transactions, intellectual property and antitrust work, serving clients across high-growth industries.

The role sits within a collaborative, cross-disciplinary platform where patent litigation, technology transactions and competition work intersect. The firm serves marquee clients in private equity, life sciences, technology and energy, offering a strong base of work and resources to support a portable practice.

Ideal candidates will have a demonstrated ability to attract and retain clients, plus a track record in one or more of the practice's core areas. The firm operates on an open compensation system and offers a competitive rate environment.

Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
Admitted to practice and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction
Extensive experience in technology transactions, IP litigation, and/or antitrust matters
Proven ability to develop and sustain client relationships
Strong academic credentials and a collaborative approach
