Lawyer / Associate, Government & Public — Melbourne

Join a large, well-regarded Government & Public team in Melbourne advising Commonwealth and Victorian government clients on administrative, regulatory and public law matters. The role offers exposure to high‑profile, sensitive and strategic matters across tribunals and courts.

You will work in a collaborative team with structured mentorship and opportunities for advocacy in Federal Courts, the Administrative Appeals/Review Tribunal, Victorian State Courts and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. The team supports individual development aligned to your interests and career goals.

• 1 year post‑qualification experience in litigation or public/administrative law.
• Demonstrable grounding in administrative law and regulatory matters.
• Advocacy experience or strong interest in developing advocacy skills in tribunals and courts.
• Strong written and oral communication, and ability to manage high‑priority, time‑sensitive work.
