Lawyer/Associate – Privacy & Technology (Canberra)

A growing national Technology, Media & Intellectual Property team is seeking a Lawyer or Associate to join its Canberra office. The role sits at the intersection of privacy, data protection and broader technology work, with exposure to a diverse client base and a collaborative, national team environment.

The position offers the opportunity to advise on privacy and data protection matters alongside broader technology transactions and advisory work, working within an established practice that is expanding its Canberra presence.

• Admitted to practice as a lawyer in Australia
• Experience or demonstrated interest in privacy, data protection and technology law
• Strong drafting, analytical and advisory skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a national team
• Excellent communication and client-relationship skills
