Join a collaborative and energetic Restructuring & Insolvency team in a dynamic legal environment. The team acts for major Australian banks and financiers, insolvency practitioners and corporate clients across all industry sectors, advising on loan recovery, restructuring, securities enforcement and corporate insolvency, as well as commercial disputes and litigation of all sizes in state and federal jurisdictions.

Working alongside partners, you will handle large and complex, often high-profile matters, including acting for leading banks on restructuring and securities enforcement, acting for receivers, managers, administrators and liquidators on external administrations, and advising on domestic and international restructuring, insolvency and litigation matters. You will also contribute to knowledge and precedent resources and participate in business development and client relationship activities.

Lawyer with 2–3 years' PQE
Strong restructuring, insolvency and litigation experience, ideally from a similar firm or in-house
Exposure to large banking litigation, insolvency, commercial litigation, managed investment scheme litigation, loan recovery and securities enforcement
Practical, proactive approach with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent organisation, written and oral communication skills and a high level of client service
Collaborative team player
