Join a highly regarded insurance litigation team in Melbourne, working on complex and sensitive matters including public liability, personal injury, institutional liability, medical negligence, and coronial inquests.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with 1–8 years' PQE to build a specialisation within a collaborative and supportive team. You will work alongside senior practitioners, manage files day-to-day, and appear in court, while receiving structured mentoring and professional development.

The team acts for government departments, public authorities, and community service organisations, and is recognised for its depth of experience in personal injury defence and abuse claims.

1–8 years' post-qualification experience with a litigation background, ideally in private practice
Experience or strong interest in personal injury, WorkCover, institutional liability, or medical negligence
Excellent written and oral communication skills
High level of client service and integrity
Strong organisational skills and a collaborative approach
