We are seeking experienced corporate lawyers (4–10 years' PQE) to join our global platform for self-directed legal consultants. You will take on assignments of six months or more, working within leading practice groups or directly with clients across a range of sectors.

Current and recent opportunities include supporting a fintech with its launch, assisting with licensing and shareholder agreements; providing ECM and M&A advice within a leading investment bank; and advising an investment management company on M&A transactions.

Successful candidates will have:

At least two years' PQE at a firm ranked top-tier for corporate law
Ideally recent in-house experience at a leading financial services institution or corporate (directly or on secondment)
A proactive, self-directed approach to career development and business development
Comfort with the financial and professional aspects of consulting as distinct from permanent employment
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
A resilient, autonomous, and commercially minded attitude
A valid UK practising certificate (or equivalent), and the right to reside and work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)

Minimum two years' top-tier corporate experience
Recent in-house or secondment experience desirable
Proven project management and client service skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
