Short-term legal consulting roles (typical assignments 3–6 months, commonly full time) supporting TMT matters across the United Arab Emirates. Work will focus on data protection, cybersecurity, e‑commerce, digital transformation and regulatory compliance for telecoms and IT/technology clients.

Assignments are delivered via a global legal consulting platform backed by an international law practice; roles are often based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai and some opportunities allow flexible working arrangements. Consultants will partner with in‑market teams and client in‑house lawyers to deliver pragmatic, client-facing advice.

This is an interim, client‑facing consultancy track suited to experienced lawyers who want ownership of their engagement pipeline and professional development while accessing firm resources and local support.

Minimum 7 years' post‑qualification experience, with strong technology/media/telecoms practice at a top‑tier law firm
Demonstrable experience advising on data protection, cybersecurity, cloud/digital transformation and related regulatory matters
Recent in‑house tech/telecoms experience preferred
Experience in the Middle East and fluency in Arabic preferred
Consultant mindset: flexible, client‑focused, and able to work independently on assignment engagements
Entitled to practise in the region (practising certificate or equivalent)
