Senior legal role within a Managed Legal Services (MLS) Employment Tribunals team. The post-holder will provide legal oversight and operational control for a portfolio of tribunal matters, acting as the MLS single point of accountability and working alongside employment partners and client teams.

The role blends fee-earning with delivery leadership: you'll supervise junior lawyers and paralegals, embed playbooks and structured workflows, manage KPI/SLA performance and drive process improvement and use of legal technology to enable scalable, high‑volume delivery.

This is a hybrid working role open across multiple UK offices and suited to candidates experienced in tribunal litigation and high‑volume or process‑driven legal environments.

  • England & Wales qualified employment lawyer with 7+ years’ PQE in tribunal litigation
  • Proven experience supervising junior lawyers and paralegals and managing day‑to‑day team delivery
  • Strong technical knowledge of employment disputes, tribunal procedure and case management
  • Comfortable in a hybrid delivery role combining fee‑earning and operational leadership; experience with legal technology (including AI tools)
  • Experience designing/operating structured workflows, playbooks or process improvements and familiarity with high‑volume MLS or alternative delivery models (desirable)
