An associate-level role within a high‑profile leveraged and acquisition finance team in London. The group advises banks, financial sponsors and corporate borrowers on cross‑border leveraged, acquisition and infrastructure financings across the capital structure, including syndicated facilities, second‑lien, private credit and holdco financings.

You will work on market‑leading, cross‑border transactions alongside a collaborative team, with regular client exposure and opportunities to build relationships. The role offers structured mentoring, formal training and a hybrid working model, together with a competitive benefits package.

2–5 years PQE in leveraged/loan finance (London or a comparable common‑law market)
Developing understanding of leveraged capital structures and loan products
Experience or strong interest in sponsor‑led or bank‑side leveraged financing and M&A‑related financings
Ability to draft and negotiate commitment papers, loan and intercreditor documentation
Knowledge of English law security and willingness to deepen expertise; exposure to infrastructure finance desirable
Strong commercial judgment, client‑facing skills and a collaborative approach
