Leveraged Finance Associate - London

We are seeking an associate to join a London-based leveraged finance team supporting syndicated and bilateral lending matters for corporate and sponsor-backed borrowers. The role involves drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation and working with cross-border financing teams.

The team advises on a range of leveraged and lending transactions; the role will offer exposure to deal execution, document drafting, and client liaison within a collaborative team environment.

• Practical experience on leveraged finance and lending transactions
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills in loan and security documentation
