Leveraged Finance Associate - New York

An established finance practice is seeking an associate to join its leveraged finance team in New York. The group regularly advises borrowers and lenders on leveraged loans and acquisition financings across a range of transactions.

The role offers hands-on involvement in complex financing matters, working closely with senior lawyers and clients throughout the deal lifecycle. Candidates will have the opportunity to develop their practice within a collaborative, deal-driven environment.

This position is open to junior, mid-level, and senior associates with relevant experience, including those with adjacent finance backgrounds who are eager to specialize in leveraged finance.
