An award-winning Life Sciences practice is seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join its dynamic team. The group focuses on corporate transactions for high-growth life sciences, healthcare, and technology companies, with work spanning the US, Asia, and globally.

You will advise venture-backed private and public companies across a broad range of matters, including equity financings, IPOs, M&A, and corporate governance. The role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial atmosphere where lawyers and professional staff reach across practice areas and geographies.

2-4 years of experience in a broad range of lifecycle corporate and transactional matters
Experience with public company work, registered equity offerings, ongoing SEC representation, and M&A transactions
Experience working with life sciences companies preferred; candidates with only a demonstrated interest in life sciences work will also be considered
General experience working in teams and independently managing substantial components of transactions
Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required
