An industry-focused Life Sciences & Health Industry Group is seeking a mid-to-senior associate to support the health care regulatory and transactional side of its practice in Philadelphia. This is a hands-on role combining regulatory counseling with transactional execution for a broad range of providers and investors.

The position involves advising clients on a wide array of regulatory matters, including licensing, corporate practice of medicine, fraud and abuse laws (the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute), and reimbursement considerations. On the transactional side, you will support health care regulatory due diligence in deals of all sizes and work with purchase agreements, management agreements, and similar arrangements.

3–5 years of health care regulatory and transactional experience
Experience with licensing, corporate practice of medicine, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and other fraud and abuse laws
Familiarity with reimbursement considerations
Experience with health care regulatory due diligence in transactions of varying sizes for providers and investors
Excellent academic credentials and superior research and writing skills
Drafting, revising, and negotiating purchase agreements and management agreements is a plus
Active membership in the Pennsylvania bar required
