2 to 5 years of substantial litigation experience, including drafting briefs, arguing motions, and taking depositions
Experience with complex, high-stakes matters preferred, particularly in commercial litigation, investigations, white-collar defense, securities litigation, or managed care
Admission to the New York Bar required
Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills
Top law firm experience or a judicial clerkship preferred; a combination of law firm and in-house experience will be considered
Strong judgment, initiative, and a desire to take meaningful ownership of matters
