Mid-level litigation associate role on a dedicated antitrust litigation team in Washington, DC. The position provides hands-on experience across complex antitrust matters, with training and exposure to all phases of litigation including discovery, motion practice, expert preparation, depositions, and trial work.

Work will involve managing discovery and e-discovery, coordinating with experts, and participating in multi-party and class-action litigation. Experience with enforcement agencies (DOJ, FTC, state attorneys general) is a plus. The team offers opportunities to deepen subject-matter expertise and to supervise more junior professionals.

Candidates must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school, be admitted to and in good standing with the D.C. Bar, and should be prepared to provide law school transcripts upon request.

Minimum 4 years of litigation experience, preferably with antitrust or other complex litigation
Strong litigation skills: discovery/e-discovery, depositions, motions, expert witness work, trial preparation
Experience in multi-party and class-action matters preferred
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
Ability to supervise junior team members and work collaboratively
J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted and in good standing with the D.C. Bar
