Litigation Associate Attorney — General Liability (Newark)

Mid-level associate position on a large firm's General Liability team based in Newark, NJ. The role focuses on insurance-defense litigation across personal injury, catastrophic injury and wrongful-death matters, with preference for candidates experienced in New York Labor Law.

The team handles all phases of litigation — case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trials — and offers collaborative mentorship from experienced trial attorneys. Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.
