Litigation Associate — Baltimore (Civil Litigation)

Growing national law firm is seeking a litigation associate to join its Baltimore office to handle a variety of civil matters, including general liability, professional liability, and labor & employment disputes. The role offers early responsibility on discovery, motion practice, depositions and court appearances.

The team is looking for an associate able to run case files independently, draft briefs, manage discovery and advocate effectively in hearings. Admission to the Virginia Bar is required; admission to Maryland and/or DC is a plus. Competitive compensation and a standard benefits package are offered.

• 1–7 years of civil litigation experience
• Active admission to the Virginia Bar (MD/DC admission a plus)
• Proven experience managing discovery, drafting briefs, and oral advocacy
• Comfort handling depositions, motion practice and court appearances with significant responsibility
