Our litigation practice group seeks an associate with three to six years of experience to join our Dallas office. The role involves high-stakes litigation for sophisticated clients, with a focus on class action, commercial, and financial restructuring matters.

The successful candidate will handle all aspects of commercial litigation, including drafting and responding to complaints, discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals. Strong research and writing skills are essential, along with stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience.

This position requires in-person availability and compliance with the firm's employment policies.

3–6 years of litigation experience, with exposure to class action, commercial, and/or financial restructuring matters
Experience with all aspects of commercial litigation, including drafting and responding to complaints, discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals
Strong research and writing skills
Stellar academic credentials
Comparable law firm experience
