High‑profile litigation team seeks a litigation associate to join its Dallas office. The role focuses on class action and complex commercial disputes, including matters arising from financial restructurings.

Ideal candidates will handle all stages of commercial litigation: drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery, preparing motions, and supporting trial and appeal work. The group represents sophisticated clients on high‑stakes matters and balances litigation with regulatory and compliance advisory work when appropriate.

This role requires regular in‑office attendance and candidates must be able to work on‑site in Dallas and comply with firm employment policies.

3–6 years post‑qualification litigation experience (class action, commercial, or financial restructuring matters)
Proven experience across litigation lifecycle: pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trials and appeals
Strong legal research, drafting and advocacy skills; excellent academic credentials
Previous law firm litigation experience; ability to work in‑person in the Dallas office
