Litigation Associate — Product Liability, New York

We are seeking a litigation associate to join a New York team defending complex product‑liability and toxic‑tort matters across New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania state and federal courts. The role offers hands‑on courtroom and litigation experience, including depositions, hearings, motions and mediations.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include drafting pleadings and briefs, preparing discovery (interrogatories, document demands), reviewing document collections, conducting legal research, preparing correspondence and submitting court filings. • J.D. or LL.M.
• Admission to practice in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania required
• Commercial litigation experience preferred; asbestos/toxic‑tort or product‑liability experience a plus
• Courtroom experience (motions, hearings) and deposition experience preferred
• Strong legal writing, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple matters and prioritize effectively
