A leading global law firm is seeking a midlevel litigation associate to join its technology regulatory practice, with the role open in New York or San Francisco. The position focuses on litigation and regulatory enforcement investigations involving content moderation, platform regulation, and AI matters.

The successful candidate will work on significant projects, engage directly with clients, and contribute to a collaborative global team. The practice sits at the intersection of cutting-edge technology regulation and high-stakes litigation, offering exposure to enforcement actions and regulatory investigations in the US and internationally.

3–6 years of experience focusing on technology-based investigations or litigation
Familiarity with US frameworks such as FTC enforcement, Section 230, and emerging state/federal online safety and AI regulations is highly preferred
Exposure to relevant global frameworks (e.g., EU Digital Services Act, EU AI Act, UK Online Safety Act) is beneficial
High level of academic achievement and impeccable analytical and writing skills
Strong tech fluency and the ability to lead significant projects and engage directly with clients
