Apply in confidence →Seeking a mid‑level litigation associate to join a national tech regulatory team. The role focuses on investigations and litigation involving platform regulation, content moderation and AI-related matters. Positions are open in New York or San Francisco.
Successful candidates will work on US and cross‑border regulatory matters, engage directly with clients, lead significant projects, and collaborate with a global team. The team handles enforcement work and policy‑driven disputes arising from evolving online safety and AI rules.
- 3–6 years post‑qualification experience in litigation, regulatory enforcement, or related investigations involving technology platforms
- Familiarity with U.S. frameworks (e.g., FTC enforcement, Section 230) and emerging state/federal online safety and AI regulations
- Experience with international/regional frameworks preferred (e.g., EU Digital Services Act, EU AI Act, UK Online Safety Act)
- Strong academic record, excellent analytical and writing skills, client engagement experience, and general tech fluency
