Responsibilities include managing significant litigation matters, conducting investigations, drafting high-quality pleadings and briefs, and coordinating with clients and internal teams. The role requires handling multiple high-level assignments and supervising junior associates and litigation support staff.

• 5-7 years of litigation experience, with substantial exposure to complex commercial litigation.
• Experience with shareholder disputes, white-collar matters, internal investigations and related fraud issues.
• Proven ability to manage matters end-to-end and to supervise junior associates and business professionals.
• Strong academic credentials from law school and demonstrable high-quality written and oral advocacy.
