An Am Law 20 firm is seeking a midlevel associate to join its global litigation team, focusing on litigation and regulatory enforcement investigations involving content moderation, platform regulation, and AI matters. The role is available in the firm's New York or San Francisco office.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience with tech-based investigations or litigation. Familiarity with US frameworks—including FTC enforcement, Section 230, and emerging state and federal online safety and AI regulations—is highly preferred, alongside relevant global frameworks such as the EU Digital Services Act, EU AI Act, and UK Online Safety Act.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a high level of academic achievement, the ability to engage directly with clients and lead significant projects, general tech fluency, and impeccable analytical and writing skills.

3–6 years of experience focusing on tech-based investigations or litigation
Familiarity with US regulatory frameworks, including FTC enforcement, Section 230, and emerging online safety and AI regulations
Knowledge of relevant global frameworks (e.g., EU Digital Services Act, EU AI Act, UK Online Safety Act) preferred
High level of academic achievement
Ability to engage directly with clients and lead significant projects
General tech fluency
Impeccable analytical and writing skills
