Midlevel litigation associate opportunity within a national technology regulatory and investigations team. The role focuses on enforcement, investigations and disputes involving content moderation, platform regulation and AI-related matters.

Position is open to candidates for New York or San Francisco offices. Successful candidates will take day-to-day responsibility on matters, engage directly with clients, and collaborate with cross‑border teams on emerging US and international regulatory frameworks.

3–6 years of litigation, regulatory enforcement or investigations experience, preferably with tech or platform matters
Familiarity with US frameworks (FTC enforcement, Section 230, state/federal online safety and AI regulation) and relevant international regimes (e.g., EU DSA, EU AI Act, UK Online Safety Act)
Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills; ability to manage significant projects and interact directly with clients
General technology fluency and comfort with complex factual records
