Litigation Partner - Dubai

Senior litigation partner role based in Dubai for an international law firm seeking to grow its disputes practice in the region. The role will focus on leading high-value commercial litigation and international arbitration matters across the Middle East.

The successful candidate will take on client-facing responsibility, develop new business, and mentor junior lawyers within an established UAE disputes team. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant opportunity to shape the practice's regional strategy.

• Proven track record as a senior litigator with substantial experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration.
• Experience leading teams on complex, cross‑border disputes and managing high-stakes hearings/arbitrations.
• Strong business development skills and an established regional practice.
• Admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction and eligibility to work in the UAE.
