Senior litigation partner role for an established national law firm’s Los Angeles office, focused on healthcare-related litigation and technology disputes. The practice handles False Claims Act defense, managed care matters, and complex commercial litigation arising from AI, cybersecurity, and cryptocurrency issues.

The role combines client development, case strategy and courtroom advocacy. The successful candidate will lead high‑stakes matters, supervise associates, and work closely with cross‑practice teams to service sophisticated healthcare and technology clients.

• Established partner with significant experience in healthcare litigation, including False Claims Act and managed care matters
• Track record handling technology-related disputes (AI, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency) and complex commercial litigation
• Proven client development and leadership skills; experience supervising teams and managing large matters
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
