Litigation Staff Attorney — E-Discovery, New York

A leading law firm is seeking a Litigation Staff Attorney to support Associates, Counsel, and Partners across a range of litigation matters and internal and government investigations. This role is based in New York and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

The position is heavily focused on electronic discovery and document review. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing documents in electronic platforms such as Relativity for responsiveness, privilege, and issue coding; building searches to identify relevant documents; and preparing fact summaries and chronologies.

The Staff Attorney will also support deposition and witness interview preparation, including analyzing and selecting documents, while communicating regularly with supervising attorneys about review findings and questions that arise.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the local office jurisdiction bar
• Strong technical and computer skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Familiarity with the litigation and discovery process and related documents
• Thorough understanding of privilege law and issues
• Strong attention to detail
• Preferred: prior experience with electronic document review platforms, including Relativity
• Preferred: prior experience preparing privilege logs
