Top-tier corporate team seeks a dedicated Mergers & Acquisitions associate to work on public and private company transactions for technology and life sciences clients. This is a full-time, specialist M&A role (not a general corporate position).

Successful candidates will join a deal-oriented practice and support all phases of transactions, including drafting definitive agreements, managing due diligence and disclosure documents, coordinating with internal subject-matter teams, and supporting client relationship management.

Positions are open across multiple U.S. offices; candidates should be prepared to work on complex, high-profile M&A matters and collaborate with cross-office teams.

3–5 years post-qualification M&A experience
Demonstrated experience on public and/or private company mergers and strategic transactions
Proven ability to draft definitive transaction agreements and manage due diligence and disclosure materials
Strong academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
