M&A Mid-Level Associate — Wilmington

A leading US law firm is seeking mid-level associates (classes of 2020–2022) to join its M&A/Corporate group in Wilmington, Delaware.

The group handles a broad range of transactional and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, private equity investments, joint ventures and restructurings. Associates also advise clients and colleagues on Delaware law aspects of transactions, fiduciary duties and corporate governance, as well as alternative entity law, with a focus on Delaware limited liability companies and limited partnerships.

The firm offers an enhanced mentorship program tailored to the needs of experienced attorneys in transition, alongside professional development resources, a hybrid work model (Monday through Thursday in the office, with remote work periods available during the year), and an extensive pro bono program that provides credit for time devoted to causes of personal interest.

• 3–5 years of PQE (classes of 2020–2022 preferred)
• Experience in mergers & acquisitions and other corporate transactions
• Background in general corporate and alternative entity law matters
• Familiarity with Delaware corporate law, fiduciary duties and corporate governance matters
