M&A / Private Equity Associate — San Francisco

Well-regarded national corporate practice is seeking an Associate to join its M&A/Private Equity team in San Francisco. The role will involve high‑visibility transactional work across buyouts, acquisitions and other private-equity-related matters.

The team handles a broad range of complex, cross-border and domestic deals. The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package; the hiring range for this role is listed at $225,000–$420,000.

• Prior experience in corporate M&A and private equity transactions (associate-level transactional experience)
• Strong academic record and excellent drafting and deal-execution skills
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (California preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively on fast-paced, high-value matters
