M&A / Private Equity Associate

A leading corporate practice is seeking mid-level associates to join its M&A / Private Equity team, with the role open across multiple United States offices.

The position involves working on complex domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions, including buyouts, growth investments, and portfolio company matters.

Attorneys at this level take meaningful responsibility for deal execution, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and clients across the lifecycle of a transaction.

Candidates should include a deal sheet with their submission.

• Experience: 3–6 years of PQE in M&A and private equity transactions
• Strong background in corporate transactions, including drafting and negotiating deal documentation
• Admitted to practice in a relevant jurisdiction
• Excellent academic credentials and communication skills
