A leading law firm is seeking a Managing Associate with 4–5 years of experience in equity and/or debt capital markets to join its dynamic and innovative legal team. The role may be based in San Francisco, New York, or Boston.

The Capital Markets team focuses on capital-raising solutions for innovators in the technology sector, serving a large roster of technology and life sciences companies from IPO through public-company operations and beyond. The group also advises leading investment banks, venture capital funds, and institutional investors in public equity and debt capital markets transactions.

4–5 years of experience in equity and/or debt capital markets
Major or peer law firm experience at the requisite level
Significant experience in public securities offerings, including both equity and debt

Excellent academic credentials
Superior communication and organizational skills
Bar membership in the state where the candidate wishes to practice
