A busy Finance & Banking Disputes team in London is looking for a Managing Associate to join a market-leading disputes practice. The team handles high-value, often multi-jurisdictional financial and regulatory disputes involving complex products, documentation and interactions with financial regulators.

The role will provide substantive case management and support to senior lawyers, assist with business development, and help mentor more junior colleagues. Work includes advising on strategic litigation steps, urgent relief applications (injunctive and freezing orders), cross-border coordination and regulatory engagement.

Minimum c.5 years' PQE in contentious financial services, banking disputes or related regulatory litigation
Strong academic background and demonstrable experience of managing complex, high-value matters
Confident client-relationship and case-management skills; able to prioritise and run multiple deadlines
Experience mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development
Commercial mindset and ability to think strategically and adapt in urgent situations
