Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience in leveraged finance, including private equity-backed transactions
Proven experience on UK and/or European mid-market financings and familiarity with facility agreements, term sheets, commitment papers and intercreditor arrangements
Strong drafting, commercial judgement, initiative and ability to manage transactions and supervise junior colleagues
Client-focused with demonstrable business development experience and the ability to work independently and in teams
