A highly regarded global law firm is seeking a Managing Associate to join its Technology Companies Group. The group serves high-growth emerging technology businesses through a destination practice with deep Silicon Valley roots and a broad platform that scales with clients as they grow.

The team handles venture capital financings, private offerings and M&A transactions for emerging companies and their investors, advising some of the most active and well-known participants in the innovation economy. The role offers substantial responsibility and direct client exposure within a collegial firm culture that emphasizes mentorship and integration into client teams.

This is a multi-office opening and candidates may be based in one of several major U.S. technology and business markets. The firm is committed to professional development through training, mentoring and networking programs.

4–6 years of relevant experience at a major law firm
